The Honeywell CC-PDIS01 Digital Input Sequence of Events (DISOE) is a module that accepts 24VDC discrete signals as discrete inputs. The inputs can be time tagged to support 1ms resolution Sequence of Events.

The CC-PDIS01 has three modes of operation:

• Normal (20ms PV scan): In this mode, the module scans the inputs every 20ms and updates the process variables (PVs) accordingly.
• Sequence of Events (1ms resolution SOE, 20ms PV scan): In this mode, the module scans the inputs every 1ms and updates the PVs accordingly. The module also records the time of each input change, which can be used to reconstruct the sequence of events that led to a particular state change.
• Low Latency (5ms PV scan): In this mode, the module scans the inputs every 5ms and updates the PVs accordingly. This mode is useful for applications that require low latency, such as fire and gas detection systems.

The CC-PDIS01 has extensive internal diagnostics for data integrity. The module can detect and annunciate open field wires, invalid PVs, and other errors. The module also supports redundancy, so that if one module fails, the other module can take over.

The CC-PDIS01 is a versatile module that can be used in a variety of applications. Some of the applications include:
