The F8650X CPU Module has 1 MByte of memory for the user program, operating system, and data. It also has a built-in diagnostics system that continuously monitors the health of the module. The module can be used in a variety of HIMA safety instrumented systems, including the H51q-MS, HS, and HRS systems.
