The GE IS200TRTDH1CCC is a printed circuit board (PCB) designed for the Mark VI system, a GE Speedtronic steam/gas turbine management system.
- Function: RTD Input Terminal Board – It interfaces with Resistance Temperature Detectors (RTDs) which are sensors that measure temperature by their electrical resistance change.
- Capacity: It can accept up to 16 RTD inputs with two removable terminal blocks, each with 24 screw connections.
- RTD Compatibility: Works with platinum (10Ω, 100Ω, 200Ω), copper (10Ω) and nickel (120Ω) RTDs.
- Signal Protection: Protects against high-frequency noise and power surges with built-in noise suppression.
- Cable Connectivity: Three female 37-pin cable connectors connect the board to the VRTD processor.
- Redundancy: Multiplexing within the I/O processors ensures no RTD signal loss in the control database even if a cable or processor fails.
