GE DS200DTBBG1 Terminal digital connector board

The GE DS200DTBBG1 is a terminal digital connector board that is part of the GE SPEEDTRONIC™ Turbine Control system. It is used to connect the turbine control system to the turbine generator.

The DS200DTBBG1 has two terminal blocks with terminals for 95 signal wires and 3 50-pin connectors. It also has three bayonet connectors and five jumpers. The IDs for the 40-pin connectors are JFF, JFG, and JFH.

The DS200DTBBG1 can be used to connect a maximum of 110 signal wires to the terminal blocks. However, it is best practice to record which 40-pin ribbon cable is connected to which of the connectors. This is because connecting the ribbon cables to the wrong connectors will require the drive to be brought down, the ribbon cables to be moved to the right connectors, and the drive to be restarted. This will result in an outage and unnecessary downtime.
